Mutual Consent Minimum Five Close For Agreement With Our Giving The I.P.R. And Copyright To The Associate Member And Foundation.(I.P.R And Copyrights Of Each And Every Joint Program Can Be Shared With Associate Member And Foundation Under Certain Terms And Condition, Mutual Understanding ).

Any Person/ Applicant Doesn’t Become Member/ Attain Membership Of CFAC By Filling The Said Form And Such A Person/ Applicant Will Only Become The Part/ Member Of CFAC Once An Approval Regarding The Same Has Been Communicated By CFAC To Such A Person/Applicant. It Is Clarified That Without Said Confirmation No Person Becomes The Member Of CFAC.

Any Information Shared By Any Person/ Applicant While Filling The Said Form Can Be Used By The CFAC For Communicating With The Said Person Or For Its Usage And It Will Be Presumed That Such An Information Has Been Willfully And Voluntarily Submitted/Shared/Provided By Any Such Person/Applicant To CFAC.

  • Online Application (in prescribed form) for collaboration must be filled by the person who will be acting as the centre incharge /Institute Head/Principal. He/she is agreeable to abide by each and every rules of cfac, as whenever collaborate with C.F.A.C.
  • CFAC reserves full authority in granting or rejecting collaboration at any time.

The following criteria are required for collaboration with C.F.A.C.:

  • 1. The school/centre/organization must have the necessary environment and infrastructure for Art education.
  • 2. The school/centre/organization must be registered with any of the assistant departments or government agencies(Municipality/panchayat/ICA dept/Registrar of societies/Block) in its area.
  • 3. The school/centre/organization must have qualified teachers according to the students(minimum number of teachers).
  • 4. The various achievements and prior records of a school/centre/organization will be helpful to that school’s/centre’s/organizations for collaboration with C.F.A.C.

Following are the procedure to collaborate with C.F.A.C.

  • • First, the school/centre/organization has to be registered in the institutional sector of CFAC. After joining to C.F.A.C. through registration, the institutions have to apply for the collaboration and must fulfill all criteria.
  • The C.F.A.C’s delegation will then visit the school/centre/organization and observe everything.

    Based on the report of the delegation, the institutional sector of C.F.A.C. will decide whether the school/centre/organization is eligible for collaboration.
