As C.F.A.C is a pan Indian organization, it takes a little time to process everything as per our bye-law. It is our assumption that the whole processing may take a month or little more. CFAC is going to organize the C.F.A.C Art Olympiad-2023 (A National Level Art Competition). CFAC invites all children from all over India, students from various schools, institute to participate in this competition and express their creativity. The winners of this competition shall get cash award, trophies & award certificates. Along with this, the certificate of participation shall also be awarded to all the participants.

"The Contemporary Foundation for Art & Craft (CFAC) is founded on the belief that art is a fundamental force in national and international culture, and that one of the primary standards by which societies are judged is the quality, creative freedom, critical insight, and formal and technical innovation of the visual art they produce".
It shall be carried out in two phases: 1st round and 2nd round.

Competition Theme: "COLOUR YOUR IMAGINATION"
Art Competition will be carried out in two phases i.e. 1st round and 2nd round.
1st round of competition: Selection round.
Date – From 1st to 30th Sept 2023.
Once Registered, Participants need to submit their artwork online or offline through CFAC Associated Schools.
Hon’ble Judges will shortlist from the Selection round.
2nd round of competition: Final round.
Shortlisted participants will take part in the live competition (Online) through Google Meet.
Date: 2nd October, 8th October and 15th October. (Participants may choose any one date.)

Best achievement award & Certificate will be given to 50 candidates in each group and there art work will be showcased in ‘CFAC Online Art Gallery.’
Rules & Regulations:
CFAC (Centre for Art & Culture) – A non-profit organization promoting contemporary Indian art.
The panel of the selection committee for the competition consists of experts in the art field. The selection committee is responsible for the judgment of participants’ work, and the committee’s decisions in each round of the competition will be final.
The Age limit of participants is 04 to 18 Years in the competition.
All children, school students, art institute are eligible to participate.

5. Group E (14 to 18 Years)

It should not be a copy of any painting and the submitted work should be original and created by the participant himself/herself. Those who have copied the actions of any other art piece will themselves be responsible or accountable and shall not come under evaluation. The submitted work will also be rejected by the selection committee if at any stage it comes to the knowledge of the committee that the submitted work is a copied work. In case of any confusion arises about the submitted work the committee’s decision is final.
The Artwork must be between a minimum of A4 (8.3/11.7 inches) and maximum of Full Imperial (22/30 inches).
- Any medium can be used of the participant’s choice. There is no restriction on the use of the medium. It could be regular pencils, colored pencils, graphite pencils, charcoal, crayons, sketch pens, oil pastels, watercolors, acrylic colors, or oil colors. The drawing, sketch, or painting can be done on any paper – regular office stationery paper, drawing paper, or any other surface suitable for drawing or painting. The participant can submit digital art as well.
- Glitter or decoration material cannot be pasted or used in the artwork.
- Fill out the Online Registration Form with all necessary and required details.
- With Parental Consent- Rs.100 registration fee is to be deposited as a donation (non-refundable) to CAFC for data verification and other procedures. Read the all rules related to the ‘Competition’ carefully before participating.
- The information given by the participant should be complete and true.
- The last date for submission is 31/08/2023
- Registration can accepted through online or offline
- The winner will be selected by the honorable judges of the competition.
- The decisions of the selection committee will be final, and no appeal will be entertained.
- All the Participants & Winners will get the information through our website https://cfac.in/./ or registered email of the participant.
- Participants disqualified at any time for any reason shall have no claim for any “Rewards”.
- The Result will be declared on 30/10/2023 (30th Oct 2023).

- It is compulsory to submit the original artwork of all winners (online competitors) to the organization committee by the stipulated date. The complete artwork is to be sent through registered mail, courier/post to the following address: Quarter No. RZI-91/211, Gali No-8, West Sagarpur, New Delhi-110046.
- While sending the artwork by courier or post, the participants will have to pay the courier or postage charges.
- Request substitution of prizes shall not be entertained. All winners are solely responsible for any kind of taxes or fees as well as all addition costs that may incur.
- Organization will not responsible for any damage of the painting during courier, no claim shall be accepted.
- Participation certificate will be given to all the participants.
- The soft copy of the certificate will be sent to the participants to their registered email.
- The delivery of a hard copy of the certificate of winners will begin from 30/10/2023 through courier or post.
- The delivery of certificates through courier may take time depending on the situation, for this participant should have to wait patiently.
- Upon Submission of their registration or works, participants acknowledge the validity of the rules & regulation.
- Participants must follow the organizer’s arrangement; otherwise, the organizer has the right to withdraw the prize eligibility of the participants.
- The competition organization committee has the ultimate authority to interpret the rules and regulations and has the right to make any changes to them as necessary.
- Any changes to the rules and regulation of the competition will be updated on the organization’s website https://cfac.in/ .
- The organization will not to be responsible for any loss of artifacts due to natural calamities like floods, earthquake, etc.
