The Contemporary Foundation for Art and Craft (CFAC) strives to provide a seamless registration experience for the National Arts Olympiad. Please note that the applicable registration fee—whether processed for individual participation or via an institutional/campus enrollment, and regardless of the final amount or applied multi-stream discounts—is strictly non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable once successfully processed. By completing the registration, the parent, legal guardian, or authorized teacher acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
In accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directives on digital transactions, we will process a full refund exclusively under the following verified technical circumstances:
To securely process a refund under the aforementioned exceptions, CFAC reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation. This may include official bank statements, transaction screenshots, or UPI reference numbers to accurately verify the payment discrepancy and prevent fraudulent claims. Any verification data shared is treated strictly in accordance with our data privacy guidelines.
Participants may choose to withdraw from the Olympiad simply by not submitting their artwork or performance video within the stipulated timeline. However, voluntary withdrawal, absence, or failure to submit entries does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
Schools and academies registering as free associated centers may withdraw their participation by notifying our coordination team via email at least 15 days prior to the commencement of their designated Olympiad execution window.
If you experience a verified technical failure as outlined in Section 2, the registering Parent, Legal Guardian, or Authorized Teacher must contact our support desk within 7 days of the transaction. Please include the Transaction ID, Student Name, and Registered Phone Number in your request.
* Approved refunds will be credited directly back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
